A solid-void partition allows glimpses into the work area which consist of workstations arranged in a large hall in an open plan setting. The hall encompasses all the primary office functions including a conference room, strategically placed to allow view from the office area, and yet occupying an exclusive, individual space.
The architectural design tries to avoid artificial elements in building appearance and patterns as much as possible, whatever they are outside surfaces or entrances. The building appearance can become gentle and exquisite by installing simple bamboo screens, ensuring good day-lighting and removing deliberate assemblies.
The experience center is consist of five areas ,art gallery, drinking area, reading area, life experience area and business negotiation area. In addition to information about real estate and show flat, a variety of art creation about “home” are interspersed in the center, which is achieve the fusion of experience and functionality of each area.
The warm grey marble and large-scale aluminum sheet reflects the refined style space temperament, waterscape express a quiet attitude atmosphere, combining with open fully negotiation room, make the delightful sight can extend the distance and to convey the Midea Property‘s brand concept ,which is harmonious coexistence between people with city and people with nature.
In the end, we hoped that the space would be turned into a space where all the moments of the life can be felt with the diverse experiences that can include personal emotion by changing the display method to the one centered on experience, and approached with the design motif of ‘Change of Display, Emotion of Personal Experience’.
