Reflective surfaces and bright lights illuminate the space to create a more lively, almost arcade-like, setting. The stockroom at the rear of the shop, is separated by a plant wall to symbolize the role of a shaman in the rainforest. Various colorful tiling on the floor, is anything but your standard white, and features green marble from Guatemala.

Camper store by Nendo, New York

Over a thousand ghostly white shoes protrude from the walls of this New York store for shoe brand Camper, designed by Japanese studio Nendo.

Vestel store by Dalziel and Pow, Istanbul

The new store is clearly divided into two zones: the technology aisle that runs from the front of the store to an ‘experience pod’ at the back, and a home zone that carries the high volume ranges, from cooking to dishwashing, washing-machines and refrigeration.

Oasis has opened a new flagship store in London’s West End, designed to be a prominent showcase for the Oasis brand. The store uses the two floors to create a feeling of ‘night and day’, with moving stage lamps that enable the mood to change from day to day and season to season.
