Perhaps the best example of the striking design is the juxtaposition of the cement white wall that stands at the entrance of the property in the soft sand of the beach. These two opposite elements somehow tell the entire story of Tanjong’s design.

Takenouchi Webb have teamed up with Lo&Behold and Present Purpose to open a clothing and lifestyle store at Scape, just off Orchard Road. Half the space is taken-up by a cafe and bar, creating a unique mix of retail and F&B.

The 105m2 space was formally a bar and café with half of the space taken up by an enclosed kitchen area. The brief was to convert the space into a lounge/ cocktail bar that could be connected to the adjacent club next door.
