Each designer took a different approach and the results are a trio of limited-edition bikes that you can proudly sport around town knowing you’re one of the few that owns one. Each bicycle is available in limited edition via custom order in tokyobike’s Nolita store or online.

On one end of the store, visitors will enter through the “Stockholm” entrance and on the other end, the “Tokyo” entrance. Geometric accents, wood vs tiled furniture, and a dual-color painted floor distinguishes the two destinations within the store.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, and is conceptualized as such to appeal to both bike enthusiasts and visitors to paramount building. A sizeable white table prominently showcases a bicycle and matching accessories, but can easily be used for other purposes as tokyobike also plans to stage workshops or exhibitions here as well.

The simple, all-white 1,700-square-foot interior of the shop, designed by Glass Hill, also stocks hard-to-find accessories and lifestyle pieces such as Japanese bags and housewares, and houses a bike workshop space in the basement.
