The rhythm of rectangular modules is formed by an orthogonal metal structure, while the texture of the façade is a screen inspired by a reinterpretation of the traditional wrought iron railings of Polanco. The screen generates a series of rectangular niches that are randomly repeated within the orthogonal mesh.

A printed polished concrete floor marks the route for each exhibitor, designed ad hoc for each store and space. The aim is to preserve the condition of the vertical walls and installations, with just enough arrangement to enhance the impression of an improvised, dynamic and versatile space.

An organic-modular wall 15 meters long, made up of orange plastic boxes becomes the judge of the project, dividing the modest service spaces workspaces, besides storing tissue in the various devices needed in every office eventually the wall is capable of serving as a mega-archivist or servicing on either side of this.
