Additionally, the team created a logo for the sophisticated cocktail bar and lounge, Lighthaus, that takes a literal approach to the bar’s ‘lighthouse’ moniker and features a focused, yet roaming beam of light.

With the development of the visuals, I tried to keep everything “Danish”. That includes (at least to me) wood textures, soft whites, light blues, maybe some reflective silvers to accentuate the elegance of the people.

JM Visuals, a New York based design firm, created the Mikimoto Fifth Avenue Spring 2012 Window Display. The inspiration for the Spring window are the great Cherry Blossom trees that are in full bloom around Central Park.

The Candy Stop Coyoacan by ROW Studio, Mexico City

The Candy Stop Coyoacan is the first branch of a new candy store’s brand in Mexico. Located in a traditional neighborhood in southern Mexico City the design stands between the straight-forwardness and familiarity of the product and the desire of an eye catching proposal that would attract customers; the middle ground between the traditional vibe of the area and the contemporary feel of a new brand.

Burger King Garden Grill by Out of Stock, Singapore

Burger King Asia-Pacific recently commissioned Outofstock to design a pilot restaurant in Singapore. The goal of the project was to create a new interior identity for Burger King. Some key points mentioned by BK was that they wanted a warm and welcoming store that would appeal to a wide audience – teens, young adults as well as families with children – the design should stand out but at the same time be accessible for the man on the street..

Levi’s store by Como Park Studio, Amsterdam

Maurizio Donadi’s / Levi’s’ brief was reasonably simple. The theme was called “Re-Store®” and the idea was to design and build a store that would be made from left-over, recycled, re-used or reclaimed materials.
