The unique light installation was custom made by Roy David Studio for this specific office. It is composed from 70 LED’s installed in equal distances and variable heights. The variable heights of each light fixture create a movement like illusion, a perpetual wave that changes its direction in perfect sync with the observant eye.

The zoning of the areas is coded using different colours. These facilitate orientation and are already in use in the calling system of the waiting area. The colour differentiation is continued in the signage and continues through until confirmation of arrival.

Residential style upholsteries were used on period style furnishings including the Louis style sofa upholstered in ultramarine coloured wool and contemporary black pony hide arm chairs.

HVAC systems go through the suspended ceiling and have been installed inside the lattice structure, only becoming apparent through mini-nozzles. Integrated with wood cuttings, nozzles and small windows intended for controlling the reception area and illuminating office and toilets, for which translucent glass has been used.

The curved profile of the furniture gives a softer impression, contrasting with the straight lines that make up the space. The interior space can be seen through the facade, framed by a multi-layered tunnel that subtly bridges the boundary between the shop and the street.

We designed a beauty salon named ARKHE (refers to the ancient belief that water is the source of all creation) around the theme of water. Recyclable aluminum sheet was used to express the flow of water and hair, reflecting the airily soft light, like sparkling light on water’s surface, and filling the space with elegant and sensual curves.
