Working within a tight budget, the design scheme addresses that rawness literally. Floors and structural walls are bare concrete–perfect for the skateboarding producer. Reception and communal spaces feature exposed metal stud framing and unfinished materials such as plywood, galvanized metal, and pegboard. The central, glass-walled meeting room has astro-turf.

The structure of the hall interior is determined by two ridge-roof buildings containing two floors of individual offices. Together with the old foreman’s office, they form an ensemble which produces the effect of a roofed village square in the intervening space.

While tables, dividing walls and storage furnishings were used in the office area, the lounge and think-tank zones have been equipped with Coffice seating furniture and High_Com desks. The conference rooms, which are used to some extent for international meetings, are sealed off from the general area with acoustic pearls and furnished with the elegant AL_Group managment series.

The office is divided into specific zones by the complex of the following inventive means: thin metal profile built-up constructions and inclined glass screens. It was possible to make corridors almost straight, and to separate some conference «cells» for 2-3 employees by using inclined oblique-angled designs.
