Marni Aoyama that located in Minato-Ku, Tokyo, Japan, was designed by Sybarite UK Ltd. The design marks a new generation of Marni store designs and a direct shift in emphasis on product with the ever increasing collection of accessories.

Gucci has renovated his store in the Via Montenapoleone and equipped it with a new store concept. The design company OOOii who has participated in the movies like Minority Report and Mission Impossible has made a new development for Gucci which is capable to show live virtual content integrated in the store.

In April 2011 the most recent Japanese restaurant opened in Lisbon. Created by the Architecture Practice “Saraiva + Associados”, the aim of this design was to reflect different facets of Japanese culture. The thought was to surprise the clientele by letting them discover new textures, new colours and new scents in every step they take or even in every visit they make.

Coventry Hub by Hawkins\Brown, Coventry

Students at Coventry University have no reason to skip study sessions in their welcoming new student centre. In the campus’ heart, the building has been created in response to students’ needs for wellness. Also dubbed as the ‘Hub,’ the new building provides a clean, safe, social and informal learning area that is capable of accommodating 1000 students at any time.

The box pleat series is a collection of 3 lamps simulating a textile silhouette with ceramic. The fall of a box pleat was digitally simulated and then assigned into different lamp shades.

Nobu restaurant by Rockwell Group, Dubai

To anchor Nobu at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai in its location, Rockwell Group surrounded the restaurant walls and ceilings with large hand-woven curvilinear abaca panels to evoke an environment submerged under an ocean wave, and added accents of traditional Middle Eastern vernacular architecture such as hand-wrought iron columns of flowers, leaves and buds.
