It!me fast food restaurant, which is located in Dream Park in Ochaby, was created at the beginning of July, 2011. It is the first branch of the planned chain of eco-restaurants. The designers made an attempt to give this small place an image that would make it distinct from other big fast food brands.

A retail space in Brisbane, Australia, is reflecting a brand’s innovative and creative qualities. The k.O.M.A. or ‘Kontemporary or Modern Art’ store is owned by ksubi, an Australian fashion brand. The shop sells ksubi clothes, plus houses a gallery space for exhibiting artists (featuring new works every month); the artists will be selected alongside the Institute of Modern Art.

Xococava (pronounced shoco-cava), an extension of its big brother restaurant, Cava, is whimsical hybrid of a stand-up tapas bar crossed with an ice-cream parlour. Inspired by Spanish and Mexican cultures of chocolate and Italy’s love affair with gelato, Xococava features artisanal ice cream and hand-made chocolate.

The Yu Bar is the glamorous new rooftop bar of the newly opened Shanghai Marriott Luwan. Located on the banks of the Lupu River overlooking the Expo 2010 site and the Lupu ridge the bar is located on the 28th and 29th floor and features a large terrace offering guests phenomenal views of the city.

A hundred and fifty years young, The Princess of Wales Pub in leafy Primrose Hill, London, has recently been lovingly renovated by Space Design Studios. The aim was to help this famous pub to have a brand new interior and exterior, new bar, open kitchen and a new restaurant area that can be used for private hire and parties. Space Design Studios were asked to create a design that is in keeping with a traditional pub vibe with an original modern twist.
