The UP Dining Table is a playful trompe l’oeil, Working with the concept of levitation and buoyancy the glass tabletop is suspended by shiny gold and silver balloons and will never cease to amaze and impress, giving a celebratory feel to any dinner or board meeting, and adding that bit of creative inspiration to the conversation.

    Do you think using a similar technique as used in these chairs fora table would be a viable idea, if the shadow shape was weighted?

    Yes, that wouldwork well once you have found the correct weight to balance the table. Also you probably need to consider wether the shape when increased in size is still asthetically intact!
