arcHITects, in collaboration with the artists of Galleria Galica, presents the new project art.is.table, a modular system of versatile tables with a clean design, incorporating a work of art as the table top.

The artists Alicia Martin, Arthur Duff, Aldo Grazzi, Sebastiaan Bremer, Francesco Candeloro step down from the walls, taking it in turns to join you whilst in the company of friends, working or relaxing, bringing contemporary art into the home as an object of everyday use. The table top can be changed with two simple gestures and the top that has been replaced can be hung on the wall, becoming a vertical or horizontal element of interior decoration.

Concentric, geometric shapes derived from DNA (Arthur Duff), vortices of books (Alicia Martin), imaginary insects, domestic tablecloths for “untidy” minds (Aldo Grazzi), kaleidoscopic views of cities (Francesco Candeloro), lemon fall (Sebastiaan Bremer) create six original and different table tops.

Available in two different heights and sizes, dining table/desk or low coffee table for the lounge, the table top remains an easily interchangeable work of art, giving your interior decoration a constantly fresh look with the perfect design for every space.
