Inn Side Lamp by Gemma Bernal for B.lux

November 4th, 2015 by retail design blog

Gemma Bernal is the designer behind Inn Side, the new B.lux lamp installable both indoors and outdoors for private use. Inn Side is a reinterpretation of the classic concept lamp, evoking the decorative lighting of the 60s. Its 60s look is furnished by a waterproof light structure made of white polyethylene (IP54), which makes it suitable for outdoor use. It features three wooden base shafts, with a stabilizing treatment to prevent any warping when installed outdoors. Inn Side comes with 2.5-meter cable, so it can easily be used as a portable lamp in gardens and terraces. Inn Side is available with two sustainable light sources: fluorescent or LED. Both guarantee low consumption while providing optimum luminous efficiency. It is sold in one size, standing 170 cm.

B.lux presented Gemma Bernal‘s Inn Side lamp at the last edition of Euroluce 2015 in Milan. B.lux has been a manufacturer of designer lighting since 1980.
