The color scheme was thought of as a dialogue between warm and cool colors: from the dark brown, almost black, to the bluish gray of the upholstery and wall finishes. The use of warm wood fiber, present on the flooring, the tables, the bar table top and wine table, along with the use of red Bordeaux for bar stools, perfectly complements and balances the whole color palette on a cooler note.

Grenna Polkagriskokeri is one of many companies baking peppermint candy in Sweden. All of them look quite similar visually and therefore a new updated design was made. The packaging creates more purchase opportunities with a gift box and an advent calendar.

An organic, curved and flowing design language creates the perfect environment for the Anna Jo customers. Curved walls gently lead customers down the hallway into the waiting rooms, and then further on into their treatment rooms. The fluid shape of the reception desk is inspired by the contours of the face, and is the star of the grand foyer.

Bowlero is designed as a retro, hipster-inspired, immersive experience – an escape from the day-to-day. A vintage, 1969 fire-engine-red Ford Mustang convertible, the first of the venue’s many Instagrammable moments, greets visitors at the entrance.

A dramatic stair invites customers to a second floor of gathering spaces, teller desks, private consulting areas and offices. Throughout the space are designs that tie in the brand message including the wood-slat signage with incorporated LED strips that hang above the ground floor community bar and charging station.

In addition, another meaningful element; customized wallpaper which illustrated many herbs, the major ingredient of “Wangprom” products was placed in every part in the space even pantry and restroom.

YUMChina invited Shanghai based artists to illustrate a wall mural depicting a panoramic scene of the once famous Huating Road Clothes Market.

These industrial elements contrast with the soft furnishings and fabrics, showcasing the latter to great effect. We introduced a curved rail of full-length hanging around the perimeter of the showroom to create a ‘wall’ of fabric display, and to soften the cavernous space, giving a more domestic and cosy feel.
