Woodhouse Workspace delivered a 8,100 sg ft office design and fitout for Affinity for Business. Affinity for Business are water suppliers that are focused on making it easier to save water and money as a business. The objective was to design an office that resembled their core water business, that would connect with their employees and visitors. Expansion room also had to be considered, which is what pushed the move from their existing premises.

Their new premises is a sea of creativity, that meets functional requirements. As soon as you enter the office you are met with a bespoke carpet design that resembles a stream of water flowing throughout the space. It portrays the flow through the entire office, connecting one meeting room to the next. Subtle green elements are incorporated through the collaboration spaces, reflecting a destination to join together.

The blue tones have been featured in the work areas to enable focus without distraction. Warmer tones elsewhere draw in a more relaxed, friendly setting to unwind. Finally, feature light and acoustic panels were carefully placed to compliment the selective areas, and the entire journey. The transformed space is now a light and welcoming workspace that has become the hub of the Affinity brand.
