Located in Lhasa – the city of sun, NOR Bar is firmly enclosed to achieve manipulated artificial luminous environment for a bar. Reflected warm light lit up the counter with glossy shines on textured stainless steel panels and corrugated brass-coloured plates, making it a golden box in the space.
Local architectural style maintains dominant nationality tradition. Several selected colours are considered lucky and good-fortuned for Tibetans, and they are used in interior design of the bar.
Building materials and technics are limited in the area and transportation fee is very high, so we decided to choose local materials and upgrade the technic a little to highlight their unique texture, giving a tone of only for Lhasa.
