BDO, a leading accounting firm, was driven to reimagine its traditional work environment to create a space that facilitates collaboration, innovation and employee retention. With this in mind, IBI Group’s interior design team redesigned a space in Toronto’s iconic TD Tower that pays homage to the open, minimalist aesthetics of the architecture.
The design spans 60,000 sq. ft. over three floors and is fitted with a moveable wall that allows BDO to update its floor plan to accommodate evolving needs. When it’s safe to return to the office, employees can make use of a variety of seating types, whiteboards, hydration stations and plug-and-play-technology.
