To whom it may concern,
INPUT, formerly known as Input Creative Studio, is proud to announce the completion of the interior design for 99 Fleet Place,
a new multifamily development in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn. This project represents another milestone for the boutique
design firm as it continues to expand its portfolio of innovative residential and mixed-use developments across the Northeast.
INPUT delivered a comprehensive interior design package for the building, encompassing the residential units, corridors,
lobby, co-working space, fitness room with an outdoor pickleball court, resident lounge and game room, theater, kids
playroom, spa, and rooftop. The design emphasizes elevated materiality, functionality, and a cohesive aesthetic that aligns
with the developer’s vision.
The team prioritized amenity programming that creates thoughtful connections throughout the ground floor courtyard, lobby,
resident lounge, and co-working space. The design is defined by a sophisticated dialogue between materials, establishing a
modern language of tactile richness. Cool, polished surfaces, including prominent white marble with intricate grey veining,
are consistently paired with the natural warmth and texture of wood. This deliberate contrast anchors the architecture, from
the sleek lobby to the residential kitchens and lounges. Clean lines and minimalist forms maintain quiet harmony, allowing the
materials themselves to serve as the central design stateme
