LPA has designed the new offices of fashion retailer Wet Seal located in Irvine, California. Wet Seal is an innovative fashion retailer that operates more than 170 stores across the nation. The newly designed 30,000-square-foot headquarters facility reflects the company’s positive, diverse, inclusive and respectful corporate culture.

Upon entering the lobby filled with natural daylight, visitors will feel Wet Seal’s level of quality and simple style statement through the use of materials, furnishings, lighting and displays. Transparency is immediately apparent in the facility with the visibility of client meeting rooms that open into the bright and airy lobby space.

The space also includes a studio for photo shoots, makeup and dressing areas, as well as showrooms to feature new fashion lines. Polished concrete, unique area rugs, specialty lighting, bright white walls and ceilings and charcoal furnishings are a clean and neutral backdrop to Wet Seal’s creative apparel, footwear and accessories. With fashions focused on the teen girls and young women market, the space reflects the brand’s fresh and diverse culture.
