T3 Advisors is a global real estate firm inspiring innovative companies to think more strategically about real estate and the development of high performance workplaces. To create T3’s own effective and unique workspace, Visnick & Caulfield integrated design elements of productive, working environments with the personalities of its employees. By replacing private offices with touch down areas, the open floor plan of the space allows for flexible collaboration throughout.

Keeping in mind T3’s company culture includes both work and play, the open floor plan further serves as a multifunctional space for large events, from early morning yoga sessions to hosting after work cocktail parties. Both natural light and lighting solutions were utilized to adjust the feel of the space, and reclaimed barn wood added warmth to the office. These subtle yet significant details not only created a space for T3 that is contemporary and bold, even industrial and forward thinking, but also conveyed T3’s vibrant and diverse nature.
