Newly qualified architect
With good knowledge of Revit you will be able to show us projects you have worked on, explain your role and articulate the technical detail.
Initially you will work on producing the tender information for a medium sized cladding replacement project, attending contractor and sub-contractor meetings, dealing with site queries, commenting on contractor proposals and detailed design packages with director assistance. The role has the potential to develop into the project architect. From this you will then move forward to be involved in design development and feasibility stages of our high brand clients.
We are looking for an all rounder with strong design and presentation skills along with good technical knowledge. Your portfolio will show a combination of strong design ideas and graphic communication of design as well as some technical experience. Façade experience would be an advantage but not essential.
