Position: F132 – design architect

Formation Architects seek a strong design architect with a proven track record in residential design and planning to join our pre-planning residential design team.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills and levels of experience:

• minimum five years’ experience post RIBA Part 3 qualification
• exceptional ability as a pre-planning design architect
• excellent presentational skills
• ability to lead small team of assistants
• relevant experience in the UK residential sector
• excellent Autocad skills
• flexible and committed attitude to work
