Studio Clementine is seeking a freelance senior technician to join its small east London interior design studio.

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced architectural technician, who will work closely with the design team on an exciting mix of high end interior projects. Experience and a good working knowledge of interior detailing, construction and building regulations is a key requirement of the role. The individual must be able to take initiative, manage their own workload and collaborate effectively with the team.

Key requirements :

• proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
• excellent interior detailing experience in either residential or hospitality design
• experience of working with private homeowner clients and developers
• demonstrable experience in delivering interior detailed design drawing packages
• excellent technical knowledge and understanding of UK planning and building regulations
• proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage
• experience of coordinating and liaising with external consultants/specialists
• strong communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full time position that will allow flexible working, part time remote working and part time in the studio.
