QPAD (Queens Park Architectural Design) and QPDB Ltd (Queens Park Design and Build)
Essential skills:
- ability to measure survey residential properties
- ability to create planning drawings for residential properties
- good working knowledge of UK planning and building control guidelines
- ability to submit planning and building control applications
- experience in residential design
- ability to create electrical plans for residential properties
- ability to create joinery plans
- ability to create schedules for construction
- site experience preferred but not essential
- really good organisational skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
