Open City is seeking a partnership coordinator to join its team in London.
Following culture recovery funding, Open City is looking for an enthusiastic partnership coordinator to join our small dynamic team as we enter an exciting new period of development. The successful candidate will work with the head of development and across the team to support Open City corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and public appeals.
As Open City’s partnership coordinator, you will work with colleagues across the team on stakeholder engagement and stewardship of our current partners and on developing new prospects across design, architecture, and the wider built environment. You will work closely with the head of development on prospect research and proposal development for potential new private and public sector partnerships including consumer-facing and sustainability sectors as we look to extend our reach. As part of our public programmes and appeals, you will also work on supporting partnership events as part of Open City’s Reopening London campaign.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, must have exceptional standards of supporter care, interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail, along with the ability to be proactive, spot new opportunities and innovate. This role is ideal for someone with experience of charity fundraising looking for the next challenge in corporate fundraising or someone from the commercial sector looking to use transferable skills in the charity sector. Some knowledge of the architecture industry and built environment sector in London would be helpful to this role.
Start date: as soon as possible, £28,000 pro-rata, three-month part-time contract with possibility of extension.
We think this is a four-day role but are open to other arrangements.
Please send a CV and covering letter of no more than two sides of A4 to Mil Vukovic-Smart, head of development at Open City via the ‘apply’ link below.
Deadline: midnight on Sunday 23 May, with interviews taking place on a rolling basis.
