Apple Store by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Architects, Shanghai

July 15th, 2011 by retail design blog

Here is a design of an Apple store with high-tech glass and steel building with an interior that is very minimal and only as to put an icon on their logo design. Designed by architect Bohlin Cywinski Jackson, who has experience and has worked with Apple stores in New York and in London. The entrance to this store a cube and a glass cylinder, which leads to the local underground beneath a square central business district of Lujiazui in Pudong.

Also there, a stunning spiral staircase made of steel and glass, leading to surprise guests large commercial spaces where design and technology join to please many hardcore fans of the apple brand. As an added attraction for the Apple-addicted, Shanghai store has allocated most of the space at the Genius Bar, one of the biggest compared to other local Apple.

Hello, my company is creating a training video, and we need to use photos of some store layouts in the video. We are wondering if we can use the 4th photo? Please let me know if it’s ok. Thanks!
