POP-UP STORES! Monocle pop-up store, Istanbul

May 17th, 2013 by retail design blog

It’s as if any discerning global hub or glamourous resort is vying for a Monocle store. The London-based magazine has just opened a pop-up store at Beymen in Nişantaşı, a swanky neighbourhood in Istanbul. As the luxury department store is quite keen to raise its profile internationally and the magazine eager to align itself with the very best in retail, this retail collab seems a perfect fit to do so.

The two parties collaborated on the shop’s design and have come up with a modular retail setting in stylish light oak wood. The pop-up features variety of Monocle-branded products across stationery, fashion, design and travel.
