Hostem store by JamespPlumb, London – UK

February 12th, 2015 by retail design blog

Since 2010, the Store for avant-garde, progressive menswear place. Assortment: Exclusive Japanese brands such as Junya Watanabe Visvim and next to the avant-garde. Comme des Garçons, Haider Ackermann, Rick Owens, Raf Simons.

Only menswear, Womenswear now also. Always: impressive (and award-winning!) Store design. An attic that is isolated from the outside world, full of antiques and avant-garde fashion looks like a mysterious place.

The store’s design team Jamesplumb, London has it collected antique cabinets, tables, doors, ladders, old beer kegs, cases and a Chesterfield sofa from the 19th century from all over the world. The highlight of the counter: an old church pew. Heavenly.
