Emporium Young store by Garde Italy, Baku – Azerbaijan

February 25th, 2016 by retail design blog

The Emporium Young was born as an “extension” of Emporium Woman, that is the need to create an area dedicated to emerging fashion brand for young people. The space simply and rigorous, dominated by the gray of the floor and walls, and the white ceiling, is enriched by the warm tones of antique oak furniture, copper and metal etched the hangers. The style of the shop, inspired by the atmosphere of the office’s 30s, would like to give the impression of being in an archive of fashion, where accessories, handbags and footwear, are exposed in a kind of file, while the area for the denim is dominated by an imposing wooden shelf. The central area instead, invites to wander along the winding paths defined by the freestanding oval exhibitors. The large glass wall creates a slight barrier between inside and outside, starting from the entrance, leans onto the large atrium ceiling of the mall, up to reach the outside of the building.
