Swedish Match Corner Office by WorkShop The Retail Agency, Stockholm – Sweden

November 19th, 2016 by retail design blog

In order to truly live the brand Swedish Match has created a new workspace hybrid, combining high-end design with retail elements, in their new Corner Office. The Swedish Match Corner Office, designed and developed together with WorkShop the Retail Agency, is a creative hub and interactive meeting place for the employees and invited business partners. A place that encourages spontaneous and unexpected meetings and that pushes the boundaries of traditional office environments. The Corner Office inspires innovation, forward-thinking and activity. It’s more than a space with four walls, it’s about shared values, community, collaborations and flexibility. It’s all about living the brand!

There is no classic reception, it has been replaced by a “Service Desk”, creating a more open and welcoming feel. Also, it encourages visitors to get straight to work. There are no fixed seating arrangements, visitors are welcome to move around! You can book the “Studio” for larger meetings and events, grab a coffee for spontaneous meetings in the “Corner” or get to work in the open work-zone the “Square”, where you have the possibility to use moveable sound absorbents.

With this new concept, Swedish Match has offered a work space that encourages their employees to live the brand from the office to the factory to the store.
