The result of the discovery process of Rapt Studio is a workspace that is highly responsive to and supportive of the teams, workflow, and culture that make up HBO Digital Products. Due to the nature of their work, the flexibility and adaptability of the space was paramount.

Due to the necessity of continuous trainings and meetings needed in place, the briefing focused on designing a calm and easily adaptable space for employees. Due to the 24/7 support that GEP offers to its clients, the lighting design and work station specifications were considered as an important part of the brief.
The reception already exposes the palette of colors of the brand, the predominant white with details in red, the use of the gray in coverings to demarcate and to counter pose the effect of the white color, as we work with lighting effects, such as those hanging at that reception, which arrangement already refers to the traces of the brand, being placed at 45 degrees.
The space had movable privacy screens and mobile writing boards which could be moved around to achieve the desired level of privacy any group wanted. The dynamism of ‘Urban Grunge’ is achieved by high contrast in all elements of design be it material selection, workplaces, lighting, ceilings and the flooring.
CO+LAB’s staff was actively involved in the design process, eager to craft that perfect experience for full-timers and visitors—and find the best place to stash their bikes. Adjustable lighting, massive west-facing windows and vaulted ceilings became a powerful trifecta to fuel client inspiration and employee productivity, while their inviting lobby beckons clients to come in and make themselves comfortable.
This aspirational office space provided significant improvements in the way that the teams work and engage with each other. The space empowers employees to work efficiently in an agile way, whilst giving a strong physical signal to customers visiting the space of Juniper Network’s investment in, and commitment to innovation.
The plan establishes a central core of private and flexible offices, and populates the outer edges with open studio space in clusters of 6-person teams, with a shared standing-height collaboration table. The loft-like design studios have a minimalist industrial feel, boasting a clean white aesthetic with Baltic birch accents and pops of the firm’s signature colors, deep cyan and warm red.
As the trend of co-working spaces around the world is on the rise, Second Home Lisboa hopes to evolve into a venue that focuses on sustainability and sparks conversation and relationships between occupants. With over 1,000 plants and trees organized throughout, Selgascano uses greenery not only as a decorative element, but also to reduce background noise and improve air quality.
