Although Red Hat has design standards around the world, in this space it was possible to continue with its guidelines without leaving aside a unique design that stands out through colors, plants, graphic images and a floor made by a craftsman, the Mexican culture.

Unlike modern times when humans seek to separate themselves from nature and try to dominate them, even trying to break the course of local history and traditions. In this office, precisely nature-history-tradition is used as a spatial-architectural orientation. All three are transformed into architectural formations that are aware of the interconnectedness and dependence of the entities that exist on earth.

The office interior contains modern, striking elements and complex geometry: sharplines, bold patterns, circular panels, hexagonal tiles in a checkered layout. The walls are decorated in an eclectic manner, relying on the shapes of linear geometric figures.

The design team right-sized and re-imagined the law firm’s previous workspaces, responding to firm-wide directives calling for a collaborative and flexible work environment. The designers also increased glazing to full height within public areas, maximizing the open light concept and bringing scenic views of the Bay into the core. For visual impact, they intensified the use of texture on the interior’s horizontal and vertical fields and amplified the color scheme while respecting the nature of the firm’s work and client base.

Movistar eSports Centre by Stone Designs, Madrid – Spain

At the top of the stairs, while using bamboo, we made it curve. Architect Gaudy once said: “the straight line belongs to men, and the curve to god”. Obviously, the curve, which conveys something beyond the building, is what really makes our heart relax and feel like walking in a distant daydream.

Such a space was found in a former music venue, the historic Avalon Ballroom, which during San Francisco’s famous late 60’s counter-culture, hosted legendary music performers, including The Grateful Dead, The Doors, and Janis Joplin.

Droids On Roids office by mode:lina, Wrocław – Poland

Combining mobile applications environment with Droids On Roids visual identity system was the main theme of our project. Apart from elements typical for mobile applications, the interior was given yellow features, which together with lamps in a shape of a zig-zag located all across the office, correspond with a lightning in Droids On Roids’ logo.
