This collaborative journey culminated in the discovery of the Toy Kingdom; a space that reflects the prestige of Harrods all the while manifesting into unexpected and mesmeric worlds. The Big Top, The Enchanted forest, The Wonderland, The Odyssey and The Reading Room make up the five dreamscapes.

This architectural wonder is filled with several imaginative firsts, like a musical candy organ with seventeen candy-filled pipes, a seven-foot long cardboard fire-breathing dragon, an all-steel framed 8-foot robot, and a dressing room enclosed inside a tree where a raccoon, owl and giraffe live.

The stairways were redesigned in order to improve customer flow and allow short-stay shoppers to buy and go. On the remodeled fifth floor, featuring a footfall-driving Lego area, Hamleys unveiled Scrumpalicious: an own-brand sweet shop with products from around the globe.
