Single material and color used throughout 100m² space; the floor and the furniture all cast in the same candy pink resin, so that the space appears to be carved out of a solid, yet apparently liquid, block.

The elongated space leads to the stage where daily fiction, a collection of stationery that was launched earlier this year, is paired with the new materials library in a candy store-like setting that’s adorned by no less than 160 amp lamps.

For Normann Copenhagen designer Simon Legald has created a pouf in a class of its own. Sumo’s simple expression makes it easy to spot the detail and complexity of the upholstery and stitching; and the materials – wood, textiles and buttons – have been playfully combined. The visual expression is robust and friendly.
