Dramatic installations, a bold colour palette and large scale graphics were used to define various sections, while sub-section panels break up exhibition groups and mannequins serve as a canvas for opinions, quotes and text, welcoming visitors and introducing each section along the journey.

Taking inspiration for the graphic treatments from native handwriting, we simplified this and introduced a modern colour palette and friendly typography to communication the brand values. The resulting look and feel was then rolled out across a wide range of applications, from the interior of the shop, through to packaging, animated menus and a simple website.

Sainsbury’s Fresh Kitchen branding & store design by Twelve Studio, London

A new take-away food concept for Sainsbury’s, with the emphasis on freshly made hot food, sandwiches, salads and hot drinks. Fresh Kitchen on Fleet Street, London is the first of a new format with big ambitions.

Deka Markt are the oldest supermarket chain in the Netherlands and as a family owned-business with over a hundred sites, one of the most successful and well-known.
