Inspiration for the store’s design was drawn from the Parisian pharmacies of the 1920’s, combined with elements of art deco. This can be seen in the various brass pieces: the slim geometric embellishments, the prominent color pallet (gold, black and white) and in the items’ vertical positioning.

An antique water pump installed in an alcove can be spotted through the large glazed section of wall facing the street. On entering the store, shoppers walk up a ramp and past a shelf displaying a selection of Aesop products before emerging into the main space behind the veils.

Pho Dau Bo vietnamese restaurant by Wieske Design, Ontario – Canada

Sleek modern chairs were chosen for the restaurant’s lounge area and were contrast by rustic wood coffee tables. The tables were a custom design by a local company, Time & Texture. They were finished in an oil rub to preserve the raw look of the wood, while allowing durability.

The interior was inspired by aviation theme, vision and touch the interior of the store is dominated by colors associated with the pilot’s uniform – white, navy blue and gold.

White Christmas might be the basic concept for this year’s Guess Christmas display. Started from the background is the black and white giant posters of its advertising image. On the display, mannequins are standing and sitting on the white snowy environments made of white shiny fabric. Dried trees with white cottons that resemblance the snow are everywhere.
