OCBC Bank, whose headquarters are located in Singapore, promotes continual learning throughout its employees’ careers. So when the company outgrew its former learning facility, it approached Ministry of Design to conceive concepts for a new campus.

The result not only yields more space, but is also designed to improve the effectiveness of learning. On the six floors comprising the campus are four kinds of ‘learning labs’. Some are specifically oriented towards instructor-led learning while others are meant to stimulate dialogue.
