Park Apartments is a premium class aparthotel in the resort city of Jurmala, in Latvia, on the coast of the Baltic Sea, offering 27 apartments for short- and long term rent. The aparthotel offers a full concierge service, parking, gym and beauty salon services. Katz designers made the interiors for all the common areas of the Park Apartments hotel – the lobby, reception area, passages, stairwells, and WCs with a total area of 176.8 m2.

These modern style interiors were inspired by modern artists and the seaside of Jurmala. This interior is the author’s vision of a modern resort style. The colour palette chosen: gravel, amber-coloured, beige with bright accents of red and purple in the armchairs’ upholstery.

The materials used: travertine from Italy (floor), black granite (floor, stairs), decorative plaster (walls), oak and leather (reception zone).
Furniture: shelves and reception counter – custom-made by Katz sketches, the rest from well-known brands – Cappelini, Cassina, Flexform, Poliform, Molteni, Andrew Martin, Pols Potten.
Lighting: Delightfull, Porta Romana.
Accessories: Jonathan Adler, Arteriors, Philippe Whats (door handles).
