deFuroner is a Swiss olive oil producer and owns in Baix Ebre, Catalonia, a little plantation with 132 olive trees and it also bottles and distributes a small amount of olive oil produced by the 398 other crofters of the local cooperativa. All these few hundred years old trees are mainly cared for by handcraft. deFuroner combines a first-class olive oil production with a respectful, simple, down-to-earth and traditional caring for a millennia-long cultural landscape.
