Caged Eggs are a light installation series done by Orikami Lab for The Dubai Mall. It serves a dual function; a sculpture by day and light installation by night. The ovular inspired shape is a result of solid, stainless steel rods that are welded together to create facets unique to each of the 15 structures spread across the Grand Square. Having been wrapped up recently, the Caged Eggs were on display from April to June 2017.
