With the intention to create an office where working space is with showroom, Kingsmen Vietnam has designed their own office with a futuristic factory setting in mind. Located on the 15th floor of Harbor View Tower, which stands tall on the central street of the city, the office has a beautiful view to the Saigon River and Nguyen Hue Square below.

A design office is where creativity and enthusiasm are greatly encouraged. Thus, the office offers a modern open space where employees can freely communicate and have discussion whenever and wherever; as well as inspires innovation in designing works. With dynamic design elements running throughout the working space, the company’s personality is presented to visitors, leaving them a distinctive impression of the brand.

Traditional pattern tiles, representing the old roots, are fused into the flooring of ‘factory’, showing the circulation throughout the office. And thus, with the futuristic ceiling above lightening up and traditional flooring showing the way, the philosophy is integrated the workplace: ‘Aims for the future ahead but still keep the old remembrances in mind’. The open plan office is designed for up to 100 staffs including two meeting rooms, four private rooms, and a breakout area cum showroom space where the company’s events take space.
