‘Hardcore-Kitchen’ is an open type kitchen restaurant & pub featuring a chef making and preparing dishes in a central bar, the guest is not the main. This concept was Inspired by Korean cuisine programs such as ‘Master Chef’, we wanted to see the process of cooking and cocktail in a bar that was too big for space as a TV show programs on stage for the viewers.
By constructing a bar as the central axis of space, the front is a hall for everyone to enjoy, and the inside is a privacy space for regular and solo visitors.
