Alongside Banco Galicia, Total Tool undertake the challenge of designing a versatile and up-to-date brick-and-mortar branch layout embracing the continuous evolution of banking retail and its services.

The core idea was to develop a multi-configuration layout and a custom design furniture catalog incorporating multiple solutions that integrate digital and retail environments, adopting a variety of configurations for different locations such as residential neighborhoods, malls, industrial areas or hybrid configurations.

Most of the furniture and interior equipment was custom-developed for this project: self-management areas and open lounges update the old branch model for a new client experience.
