Mill & Press Cafe and Deli approached Whaam Concepts to design a space that creates an escape from the four walls of your office by building a refreshing little hangout in the midst of an urban jungle. Jane Says graphic designers provided updated logo and signage and Whaam worked on the space itself. We worked with wood and greenery, made use of the already existing structure and accentuated features such as large windows, and a kitchen wall oriel through which customers can enjoy little theatrical show of gourmet perfection. Great care was taken to design the layout that had a natural flow to it. The SuperTeam had limited time and resources for a project of this scope, but we believed in ourselves and each other we accomplished greatness.
