White radiant lines on the high ceiling converge to the center stage.
Upon a closer look, you step into the warm embrace of half-cut bamboo tree interior, each uniquely curved, and asymmetrical. The lights on the edge defines depth and shadow, individualizing each of the bamboo cross-sectional space. We re-interpret the fundamental construction material in Asian civilization, normally used in full cylindrical form and evenly-sized.
Not only conceptually refreshing, the interior design solves a practical problem of its location. Situated in the community mall, Yukana suffers from the visual clutter of small vendor stalls. Ceiling is the key; thethe bamboo lines and their lighting rise above other distractions and draw attention from afar.
