In designing it, we avoided falling into the generally accepted norm of over-the-counter service and built a new concept of service that includes customer identification from the moment you enter the store, automatic opening of the locker containing customer order and even saving in coffee machine memory which is the customer’s favorite type of coffee.
All in all, a clean design atmosphere that draws its inspiration from the hospitality culture used in hospitality lounges (at airports, for example) that contain seating areas, coffee stands, parcel opening stands, and clothing measuring booths.
The lockers were custom made and light up as the customer steps into the space.
