This operation is part of a comprehensive study for the renovation of a hotel complex in Stalis, which is carried out gradually in order to create a complete hotel unit of high standards. The new architectural study is called to transform and fill the existing space with respect and creativity. The current study deals with the creation of a new bar space and at the same time with the configuration of the surrounding space. As the existing ‘heavy’ stone shell is a key feature of the band’s identity, the goal of the operation is to highlight this element. For this reason, a new stone volume is added, which accommodates the uses of the bar and is supplemented with covered spaces, thus covering the functional needs of the complex.
