The renovation of Shenzhen office building by Shapers for Li-Ning Group integrates bright colors and local textures, focusing on employee needs and minimal disruption to existing usage, managed by contractor PCJK.

This is an office building located in Shenzhen, China, acquired by the Li-Ning Group. The building, constructed 15 years ago, enjoys an excellent location. Although the building is still in good condition and features a high-quality exterior, the overall interior design and functionality significantly lag behind current needs.

Li-Ning Group is an internationally renowned company specializing in sports products and sports culture. The brand culture and user perception are very healthy, vibrant, and youthful. Similarly, Shenzhen is a young city known for its technology. Therefore, we have integrated Li-Ning’s cultural symbols, bright colors, and local Shenzhen textures into the space. We also pay great attention to incorporating Li-Ning’s humanistic care for employees and their office habits, creating various scenarios to meet these needs.

Additionally, since this is still an operational office building, this project can be considered a renovation. We need to update the interior decoration with minimal cost and disruption to the building’s current usage.
