Unity tasked Millennium Contracts with completing the design and decoration of their offices in London.

The goal was to create a flexible, technology-driven space that reflects the brand’s ethos. Working with the team at Unity, Millennium Contracts developed a design plan that seamlessly achieves all of these goals.

The transformed office space leaves any traditional norms associated with a corporate office at the door. Instead, it adopts a totally new way of designing office space – focusing on character and charm – with an aesthetic reminiscent of a residential property.

The design of the new office space integrates sustainable practices such as energy-efficient lighting and eco-friendly materials while prioritising employee wellbeing with features like ample natural light, improved air quality, dedicated break-out areas, and soundproof zones to foster a productive and comfortable work environment.

Also, over 70% of the office space is customer-facing, and the entire space benefits from a 360° view of London. Meanwhile, the branded colour scheme adds warmth to the space while keeping the Unity brand at the heart of the office.

The resulting office space has received a highly positive reception from Unity’s team, with noticeable improvements in morale and productivity, reinforcing the company’s commitment to innovation and employee satisfaction.
