MONARCH – A ROYAL WELCOME
CRAFTING A LEGACY
For forty years, Mansion House has stood for ‘A Warm Welcome’, a spirit that invites us to raise a toast to life’s best moments. With Monarch, the Legacy Edition XO Brandy, we take that welcome a notch higher—transforming it into ‘A Royal Welcome’. This turns our quintessential warmth into a grand moment of celebration, where Monarch becomes a toast to enduring bonds, and an invitation to step into a world of timeless camaraderie.
THE IDEA
Inspired by an imagined tale of friendship between two great kings—one from Rajasthan, located in the north of India, and the other from Karnataka, located in the south of India, the pack brings the two corners of the sprawling country together in one pack. Becoming the symbol of unity, the two kings with distinct regional and religious differences are recreated in historically true detail; from jewels, headgear, facial hair styling to topography. This is created using the dying art of Mughal miniature painting, making Monarch a vehicle for preserving things that stand the test of time. The coming together of art, history and emotional bonding makes it a one-of-a-kind representative of the evolving Indian mindset.
The packaging is a majestic work of art, with one king on each side raising a goblet to each other. Echoing the grandeur of their portraits, the rest of the packaging carries fine gold detailing to add a touch of celebration. When placed side by side, the alternating kings ‘cheer’ their bond, inviting collectors and connoisseurs into the world of Mansion House.
THE RETAIL PRESENCE
A shelf presence of Monarch is arresting with the two kings cheering their bond in retail environment. The pack’s overt royal look makes it an easy spot for any connoisseurs top shelf pick. Monarch’s packaging shows it is to be owned with pride, opened with reverence, and shared with only the most legendary of friends. Because true legacy isn’t just preserved—it’s poured, raised, and relished.
